    I'm struggling, quite honestly. The lighterlife meals are generally horrible. It wouldnt be nearly as hard if they didnt taste so vile. I'd rather not eat at all. I've become quite physically weak too,is this normal? I'm thinking of switching to Weight Watchers. anyone have any thoughts?
