    Thanks. Wasn't a good loss at all but 3.5 inches have gone, so not all bad. Legs were better last night, although sleep was pretty non existent to be honest.

    Week 2 for me on step 2. Went to the pub today and had a coffee and then a sparkling water with ice whilst my lovely husband had a couple of pints. :(
