    First week and a little disappointed

    a woman in my group only lost 1/2 pound in her first week in her 2nd she lost a whopping 6 1/2 lbs in her second week!! keep going im sure you ll get success xx

    Night shifts dieting tips??

    I work 12 hour night shifts in a nursing home, I don't have set break times and when i do i tend to have no appetite. By the time i get home Im too tired to eat so i'm only on my third week and im already missing my syns. meals and healthy extras. Can anybody give me any tips or advice?

    Thanks for the info i ve noticed that when i exercise more it i ve not loss as much but a women in class said it is because u retain more water to repair the muscles, which if u up ur water intake intake it flushes the excessive water out sound strange but going to give it ago

    Can i join ur group please finding weight loss is really slow. Kinda get disheartened in meetings when people are getting bigger losses then me specially when im sticking to plan 100%. Also my friend told me about a 30 day shred dvd anybody heard of it? xx
