Hello Rachel, why don't you try the original plan I can't do any exercise so my weight lose is slow so for a change I changed plans and it worked for me. Worth a try, good luck.
Ive just borrow leaflet and you are so right it is success express in its own right not any of they other plans.
we were given the wrong info at class and this is why it was so confusing so thank you for clearing this up
Anybody confused by the Success express leaflet?? its not clear this is what my consultant confirmed with her area manager
1A + 1B on extra Easy
2A + 2B on Original
2A + 2B Green
Just reading through your posts, are you having your 1/3 superfree veg? sometimes we forget when having things like spag boll, chilli,or curry
