    Agreed about not getting confused over days. I have done extra easy for about 6 months now and I am now starting to use red or green days but I haven't needed them. I just like to do them now to spice it up a bit!

    I don't suffer with it myself but I know what works for me is not having any goodies in the house or if I buy chocolate for my husband I buy snickers or other chocolate I wouldn't eat so even if I fancied something naughty there is nothing to eat except fruit or a muller light :-)

    Do you treat yourself weigh in night?

    I don't tend to have a treat night as I think it sets me up for a bad week. I weigh in on Monday's so it is the start of the week for me. I did have a slab of cheesecake today, which worked out at 14 syns so I used that as my "treat" even though I am not going over syns.

    It may feel like it is really far away but you will get there. You have already done amazingly! The thing with doing SW and actually eating healthy is so you can keep it off even when you are down to target.

    I think its the superfree for me. I never used to eat veg because I couldn't be bothered to make it so I am definitely cutting down on the high calorie foods in my main meal. Whatever it is, it works. That is good enough for me :)

    I struggle with breakfast and I am never hungry so early in the morning. Some mornings I will have a boiled egg and then a little later a yoghurt and an alpen bar. Most days I just have an alpen bar.

    As veggies that you would have had with your meal I think that you have only put carrots and peas, peas are not superfree I dont think so you have only had carrots with one meal it appears so not enough superfree.

    If I was you I would just mentally draw a line under in and continue determined to achieve. Everyone has low points like this, I know I have, but try to write it off and start a fresh! A food diary would also help you to see where you are going wrong. Good luck.

    Good luck. On the veg side can you make into a soup perhaps and have it that way. I am not a big veg fan so I make into sauces and soups to cover my food in and eat it that way. I do eat a lot of salad though so I make up for it that way. We are all here for you xx

    Pasta n sauce are great to take to work when you can't be arsed. Just wack them in the microwave for 8 mins with boiling water and they vary from 1 - 2 syns I think per pack. Just be sure to pack out your lunch with your 1/3 superfree :-)
