    Help Please

    I did the same, i had 5 days worth of lighterlife shakes and used them up before starting Cambridge diet to help me adjust. Lowering the calories Should help with the grotty feeling you get the first few days. Good luck

    I become obsessed with KFC when on SS, But, i think it's revolting when not on SS and haven't eaten it for years! I think it's the TV ads once I've seen it, it sticks in my head!

    It is really hard to start but the first four/five days are the worst. (sometimes less) You are nearly there. Water really helps with the headaches. Just think how you will feel on weigh day. You can do it. x
