I count by the kgs here in Singapore! To lose 30kg is to lose 66 lb is to lose 4.7st. Just started for 3 days and the only thing I did is to eat less!!! Next I'm gonna drink more water, followed by getting an exercise machine, then maybe I'd go SS!!!

So I am now a 12.6 stone and my target is 8 stone! For a start, I will drink 3 litres of water a day! Am controlling my diet as well, but not on SS. What is WW about?

i just found out from a conversion page online: 1 kg = 2.2 lb 1 stone = 6.35 kg = 14lb :) So Starlight lost 152 lb = about 70kg? Wow... Amzing!!!
