I must say I did get fed up with music and started timing how long I'd been doing by the number of songs played and I got strange looks when I started signing along. I live in Worksop a town near Sheffield. X

I use to be shy then started a job in customer service and now banking adviser I can't really get away with being shy so have to push my self to get over it, Have you got a goal when aiming to lose weight by? X
