    How we all doing ladies ? It's gone v quiet on this thread!! I'm looking forwards to my weigh in tmoro after today's fast! Feeling 'slimmer' and measured yesterday,,, 2 in off waist, 1 in off thighs, 1 in off hips and half in off arms :0) Very happy bunny! Xx

    Well I blew it!!... Was making a chilli for hubby and son and felt so hungry that I had a plate!! Not gonna feel bad as I'll fast tmoro now instead.. So will not weigh till next Saturday. Oh well, onwards and downwards! :0)

    Thank you ladies! I can't believe I've been calorie counting for months to have lost less than I have this week! So easy (if you keep busy) and so nice to be able to still eat what you fancy on feast days! I know the losses will slow but I was so sceptical that this would work for me! :0)

    Just did my first weigh in.... 10st 4lb.... 5lb off for me!!! :0) *** dances round front room doing a happy dance!!! Hope everybody else doing ok! Normal eating day again and,again, not hungry right now. Cheeky Chinese tonight tho I think!

    Up day for me too... Although strangely not hungry again. Will be ravenous by lunch tho I think! Looking forwards to Zumba and metafit later and also looking forwards to my weigh in Saturday! Keep going ladies!! :0)

    Wow! Well done! I'll be happy with half that loss as I'm a slow loser! Down day today which I don't think will be too hard as I'm full of cold... Bleurgh!! I'm working on stick to my tdee on up days but actually felt like I ate far too much yesrerday! Will see what the scales say and adjust...

    I'm with you!!! Been playing around with slimming world but just cant get focused. I don't eat meat so will be just fish for me! I'm currently 10st 8 and would like to lose at least 10/12 lb by the beginning of June as I'm doing Zumba in a carnival :-/ would be happy with 8lb tho xx

    Smoked for 38 years and (stopped) overnight

    I too have been smoking 23 years with several attempts at quitting. Bought an e lite cig 3 weeks ago and bang... Not 1 'real' cigarette since! No going outside in the cold/wet. No stinking of cigs. Costing a fraction of what it did and my skin is glowing :0)

    Joining you all here guys! Started Saturday! I'm 5'3 and weighed in at 10st 9. Want to get back down to about 9.7..     Thank you Jac.. Main ingredient is arborio rice. It's 500 cals 3.8g sugar 15.4g fat 7g saturates 2.2g salt (wow, lots of salt!) Throwing together some whole wheat pasta and free veg now but good to know for the future if someone can help :0)

    How do u use ur syns?

    I stay low syn through the week to allow for a little drinkypoos or chocolate on a friday night. I tend to add my up my syns for the week (105) and work backwards.
