I have just made pancakes 1ppt on filling and Healthy xx
2 cups of oats
1 and half cups skimmed milk
1tbsp Honey
1 large banana
1/2tsp ground cinnamon
1 and 1/2tsp baking powder
1 egg
Blitz everything apart from and egg in a blender until mixture is smooth then put egg in right at the end and...

With regards to yoga ask the trainer to show u properly u will be surprised at what your body can do!!
And I love Zumba you work your stomach muscles by laughing with a friend :-) xx

Ladies don't be so hard on yourselves!! I did that and put all my weight back on and more this time round I'm setting myself "mini" targets lol my first goal is 7lb then 5% then 14lb etc take it one stage at a time... Stay strong ladies we can do this!!!

When I first started sw nov 2011 I was 1st4lb heavier than I am now. I had weddings to attend in June and July so had motivation to loose weight for that. Now I have Christmas events to slim for but I know realistically I'm not gonna be at target for then so I just keep thinking what's point :(...
Ingredients needed ...
2 Sponge fingers (1 syn each)
2 sachets of sugar free jelly
Fruit - strawberries, raspberries, blueberries etc
500g fat free fromage frais
1 tub of quark
1 banana and custard muller light yoghurt
Method...
Put fruit and sponge fingers in the bottom of a large serving...
I am a serious scale hopper!! Lol I seem to get on every other day! But sometimes it makes it worse for me because if its says I've put on I think stuff it I'm just gonna eat what I want and then I do put weight on! Oh dear I need to throw the scales out!! Xx
