    Ok so this time im going down the old fashioned diet and healthy eating road to weight loss. Im 5ft 5 and 10st 8 I hope to be 9st in Oct :D:p Does this sound reasonable???? Also, as i joined minimins today,how come i have no siganture appear?? Thanks

    faulty scales?

    Its very tempting to get on the scales more than once a week, but can easily become an obssesion and can get you depressed becauseof fluctuations.So bear with it and only weigh once a week!!! :D I know...its hard lol
