    Slow Cooker

    I used my slow cooker yesteday to make a basic stew. I put in a oacket of lean cubed beef, chopped onion, chopped carrot, salt and pepper. Poured in water to cover about 2/3rd of beef then sprinkle in an oxo beef cube. It was ready about 7-8 hours later and was lovely.

    Wednesday Weighers

    Hi, I hope its ok to join in this thread. I started SW on the 14th Nov. Lost 3lb tonight, got slimmer of the week and my club 10. Really pleased at how well its going.:)

    I had SW pancakes but instead of using porridge I used ready brek, also didn't mix with yogurt but used milk from my HE allownace. Had them with grated apple over, strawbery yogurt and tsp of syrup. Followed with a plum.

    So not really eating out but food that I can grab and heat up at work

    I always ahve mug shots on the house, and even take them to work if I've not had time to eat before I go (I work evenings). Most of them are free or very low syn. I also always take fruit to eat after it so I still get my superfree.

    I have made the SW one with sugar and they were lovely (worth the 2 syns). I will need to try the one with sweetner.

    2 x ferrero roche = 7 syns. Extra light mayo = 2 syns. Total 9 syns

    Baked potato with tuna, mayo (extra light) and melted cheese on the top as my HEA.
