    Red or Green ? which is best for weight loss ?

    I am only on week 3 so a bit early to tell i guess but I find green days more filling but am often bloated the next day so a bit of both is best for me. I guess they do say that variety is the spice of life!!

    First Week Weigh In

    I am a Housing Officer working with vulnerable people and families to find housing and working on strategies making sure we get the right balance of accommodation in the area. How do you guys manage working with food all day....the temptation.

    Thanks for the tips. i guess i am currently experiencing a mixture of excitement (it may work) and dread (what if i can't keep to it) Will go and get the magazine tomorrow morning so i can look at the reciepes before doing the weekly shop
