Thanks angel72 your post is a great idea! I also have a lot of weight to lose! Ideally I need to lose about 7 stone but am going to take it a pound at a time! I feel inspired reading other peoples success stories especially when I am having a bad day on the diet! I havent weighed in...
My order was two days late even though I paid for next day, plus I was short all 14 chocolate shakes! definitely recommend counting your order when it arrives! I emailed and they sent out the shakes very quickly though.
I do my star jumps sitting and bouncing on an exercise ball while watching TV. A tip I got from one of my gym instructors after I suffered from a foot injury. No pressure put on your joints and I hardly feel like I am exercising at all!
Good luck! Your story is a bit like mine! I lost loads of weight on cambridge and over the last year have put loads back on.... was contemplating burying my head in the sand.... instead have also decided to do something about it. looking forward to hearing how well you are doing!
