    First day back on slimming world

    Hi everyone, it was my first day back on slimming world today and I have found it really hard even though I have stuck to plan 100 percent

    I was last on slimming world a few ago and lost nearly 2 stone so I know I can do it but I still have another 3 stone to go and would love to do it by Christmas.

    Has anyone else found it hard getting back on plan and has it got easier?

    Hello, I always feel like that when I get back from holiday. You just have to remind yourself why you are doing it, plan your favourite meals in a sw way, give yourself a pat in the back for doing one day. I do think it gets easier, as your body gets used to healthy eating. Good luck!

    I started again on Sunday and the first few days were ok, but yesterday was a struggle as was home all day and the kids left over fish chunks and waffles were calling! All we can do is take it one day at a time. I've got about 5 stone to lose minimum so know its going to be a long journey. Good luck x

    I started yesterday after re-joining again. Lots of temptation as had to take cakes into school today. usually I make some but brought them instead. Just need to plan more I think.

    I also work as a dinner lady so have loads of food/cake to temp me. I am taking in a large bottle of water to drink so stop me as today is chip day.
