Hi all, quick question please. On week 3 of ss (sometimes ss+ in a pinch) and cruising along just fine. My consultant gave me a few packs of the cherry and strawberry smoothies to try. I love them, but I am worried about the carb content 25g. Wondering if that will take me out of ketosis?

I'm looking for some recipes for low syn green smoothies? I want to try eat more spinach/iron rich vegetables and it doesn't always go with my lunch or dinner choices.
I know any blended fruit is synned but I don't mind...
