Smoothies on sole source


Hi all, quick question please. On week 3 of ss (sometimes ss+ in a pinch) and cruising along just fine. My consultant gave me a few packs of the cherry and strawberry smoothies to try. I love them, but I am worried about the carb content 25g. Wondering if that will take me out of ketosis? I took one of the smoothies yesterday and I think it did take me out of ketosis. Have been hungry today and pinching bits and pieces. Good thing I returned most of them.
