I joined the group last monday. I will go for 20lbs too.
 
I'm new to SW and this site, so can I join and then maybe I will be able to get the hang of things. My weigh day is a Friday.

Of course you can join in with this challenge... would you like to set your target loss for the 10 weeks. If you would like to start with a lower figure it can be revised later once you feel you have the hang of SW.
 
I've created a google spreadsheet of the 'competertors' ;) but I don't know how to share it with you guys.... surely I don't need to invite you all via email (the only way I can see how to do it!) - does anyone use these and know how I can share it without all the fuffle of email addresses?
