30 min exercise DVD suggestions please

As the title says really, I have one child in school and 1 17 week old baby whom at the moment sleeps around 11am for at least an hr so I'm looking for a better workout or comments to my current situation....

I was doing 30 day shred but after 2 days I had to stop due to ankle pain probably caused by doing it bare footed? Since the ankle pain has gone an old knee problem has reared its ugly head and I'm wondering if 30ds is a bit too much.

Solutions are another workout similar, less knee action, or continue and do another move whilst the knees get a hammering.... I have found my trainers since!

Any tips greatly received :)
