3rd Weigh in

:rolleyes:i dont know how i did it after a very bad off plan weekend but i lost 1.5lb, i did start back on 100% monday but how i lost i dont know as it was my daughters birthday and i did the food and had a stunning castle cake made for her and that also went down a treat! :D

I am a little worries i might have a gain next week instrad of this week :confused:

Yes i know what you mean, i strayed off plan over the weekend and only really got back on Tuesday morning in time for my weigh in Tuesday night! I also had a loss. Being extra good this week in the hope that i doen't show next week! Going to try and hunt down some scan bran as i hear this is good for results at weigh in!
