A couple of questions please

Hi this is day 2 of my SW journey and Im a little confused about some things.
Im doing extra easy this week to kind of ease my way in.
In the fruit list it says all melons not watermelon...why not watermelon?
Also can you have canned fruit on extra easy or just fresh?
Im getting the free food lists confused I think. I thought if it was free on red or green days it was free on eatra easy but the watermelon bit has made me think again.

Watermelon is a free fruit but it's not a superfree fruit, there must be a reason for it they wouldn't just say that for no reason lol! And canned fruit is all synned because as soon as something is done to a piece of fruit it has syn value. Stick to fresh and you'll be fine. Good luck!

yes stick to fresh fruit and dont do anything to it i.e. cook it, blend it or squish it. like sugar lips said all melons apart from watermelon are superspeed but they are all still free to eat on a green or a red day

It's a bit bloody confusing to start with and you're always scared stiff you're doing something wrong but you learn as you go along how fantastic SW is and how flexible it can be!
