Activia 0% Grains & Nuts 'muesli & fruit'

Hey guys, I was wondering if someone could look up the sun value of these for me please, I know they're 0% but I'm thinking due to the nuts and fruit that they will have a syn value.

I know the hazelnut ones are 4, but thd grains and seeds one is only half. Both really yummy

Sorry it's the walnut (and oat) one that is 4 not hazelnut. Either way they are really nice...still looking for the ones above....

Nope, sorry can't find it. I recommend the quinoa and seeds for half a syn though
