Agnus Castus on CD

Does anybody out there know if this herb is allowed whilst ss?

Ingredients: Vitex Agnus Castus Fruit, capsule shell (gelatine), anti-caking agents (calcium silicate, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

I was wanting to try this instead of metformin, I have pcos.

Any help much appreciated.
