I have been searching post's to find out if the Aldi wholemeal crispbreads made for australia, branded name: Prista are classed as HEb ?
Here are NI's per serving size:
serving size approx 27g: (4 biscuits)
Energy: 489kj/117 cals
Protein:3.1g
Fat: total:3.9g-saturated: 1.9g
Carbs:16.2g-sugars:0.8g
Fibre:1.9g
Sodium:184mg
if not, does anyone know of any here in australia please ?
