Hiya, does anyone know the syn values for Aldiss pasta sauces. The one I used the other day was the onion and garlic pasta sauce.

Jars of pasta sauce do not get a free food allowance so you can just use the 1 syn per 20 calories rule

Hi, I just looked these up and....

Cuicina Bolognese Pasta Sauce is 11 Syns for the jar on all plans.

Med Vegetable is 10.5, Tomato and Garlic is 14 SYns.
