Hi,

Does anyone know the syn value of these? I decided this morning to give slimming world a try, but i've already bought these, and didn't want to waste them. I'm considering joining but i know the group meetings will scare me to death.....i'm not good in crowds like that:ashamed0005:

Not sure if it helps but the Info on the back of the pack says-

Hi

I've just started slimming world, but I found these noodles a few months ago! They are called Ko Lee lowfat instant Noodles Curry flavour! They are 75.6 cals a packet (they're packaged like supernoodles) They taste nice and are free on SW! I have only ever found them in Spar near where I work. I usually go and buy 20 packets at a time just incase they stop stocking them!
