another new year newbie

    hi guys and girls,

    Thought I sign up, seems a friendly site. I'm 33 been yoyo dieting for years upto 137 kilo (april 2008) currently 112 kilo. I'm making slow but sure progress.

    My the problem is the fact I've promised my aunt (great runner) I'd run a half marathon with her in july. So need to lose weight and get fit, I intend starting a log of my training in the fitness/excerise section, and picking up and sharing tips elsewhere on this site.
