Anyone know Harvest Morn Syn Values?

Hi all , I'v been searching all morning for the syn value for the aldi harvest morn milled linseed, the sunflower,gojiberry and pumkinseed one. Does anyone know it's value?

Cant find it anywhere on the syns online.

I have something similar - not that make, might have got it from Lidl - and I have been using the 1 syn per 20 calories rule as I assumed there would be no free food allowance.

20 calories is equal to 1 syn if it has no free food allowance.
