Hello all just wandering if anyone knows the syn value for lurpak lightest? I know its probably high but I can't stand fake buttery spreads.... Thanks x

I can answer my own question.... 1 syn per teaspoon (5 grams) actually jumping for joy right now!!! xx

Must admit I love love love lurpack, so does hubby. I bought a small tub last week and told him it was for when our granddaughter comes round. He just wouldnt measure it out, rather clawp it on! Mind pre s w days I did a fair bit of clawping of butter myself. Love butter.

Yep 1.5 syns for 1 tsp. So much nicer than marg!!!
