    I've just gone onto 1000 calories (mainly because my hair's falling out, also I'm only a few pounds off target) so any hints like this are welcome! It seems to me that you can pretty much make it up as you go along, as long as you control the calorie intake?

    I must admit I'm looking forward to having a slice of bread and/or a baked potato - I've really missed those! :)
