yeah, or you may have heard of magic porridge?

put you oat so simple into a free yougurt like muller light and fut into fridge overnight, that way if you drink loads of tea of coffee you dont need to syn the mik lol

the porridge swells up and is really nice, plus a fast breakfast if you are on the hop, can even top with fruit, also fits into the muller pot saves extra dishes to do..... love that bit lol
