Does anyone know how many syns r in asda double chocolate pancakes? Thanks
You probably would have been more likely to get an answer to this if you'd posted in the Syns sub-forum, rather than here in Recipes.
Anyway, pancakes don't contain any free food allowance, so it will be a straigh 1 Syn per every 20 calories.
