Does anyone know how many syns are in the asda sausage patties please.I wanted to do myself a fake Mcbreakfast.

6 syns each. If you want to try and make one with no syns, you could buy the lean pork mince, blitz it further, add sage, pepper and egg to bind. Just like the real thing
