Anyone know how many calories in the asda small granary bap???

Hi tia, im not sure. Baps are quite high, i guess around the 200-250 mark?.
Have you tried scanning the barcode on MFP?

Sorry tia, didnt see the 'small'.....again, not sure but if they weigh abt 57-60g, then abt 100-150 cals maybe....
SW say u can have a 2oz roll, which is equivalent to 100 cals.

Hmm I have country grain small brown babs from heron they weigh about 60g and are only about 80kcal x
