I had up to now had weigh ins at home. Tonight, I went to a class, and while I am 18.5 on my scales, I am 18.11 on the class scales.
    Shame!

    Ah well, not disheartened.
    Updated thread and tracker. :)

I would adjust your start weight up by the 6lbs difference, then although your weight is now higher your weight loss will be right - I think this makes sense, it does to me anyway.

Its only a number. How did class go?

It does make sense... But since I have been yo-yoing for a while, I think I will keep it as it is :)

Class was good, definitely motivational, I think it could help :D
Renewed energy and faith in the healthy eating scheme!!!!

Well we've had a month now on the "new plan".. and as you can see, it's not really working. Needed to see it written down to realise that.

Back to points? I think so..... !

I am getting new home-scales today. I don't think the class is actually helping, I get better support on here!
