Babybel light syns :(

Silly me ate 3 mini babybel lights, then ate another 3 because I forgot I had already had them!!! Does anyone know how many syns they are?

This made me laugh. I know how you feel. Food just falls in your mouth sometimes doesn't it?!?! They are 2 Syns each on every plan!

I've just done pretty much the same but I'd already had my HEXs and forgot. This is why I had to search for their syn value and why I found your post too , which made me giggle as a bonus!

just look at the calories, it will be 1 syn for every 20 calories, as cheese has no free food allowance.
