    Maintaining again but would love to lose a bit more for christmas, who wouldn't :) Failed previously as i always gained the first week. Going to stick it out now this time :)

    Saturdays Munchies;

    9am-1pm
    Velvet crunch - 2
    1 brown toast - 2
    Ham -2
    Lucozade lite- 1
    1/2 a kinder egg- 2

    1pm-5pm
    2x mini rolls - 5
    Randoms (7sweets)- 3
    Banana + satsuma- 0

    After 5pm
    50g wholewheat pasta- 5
    125g lean mince- 6
    160g pasta sauce- 2

    Hi Shanny, you might as well start monday, get the wheels in motion. I kept saying oh i'll do it tomorrow, hardly :D Glad i've done it now. Very excited to be back at again :)

    Add another 70g of ham (4pp) to that out of weeklies.

    So yesterday there was some major changes non diet-ish relatated. I was due to be getting married Feb 2013, now it has been changed booked and paid for, for this febuary coming. I have 4 months to get in shape now. Agggghhhhhh.

    Low carb day today, will be tomorrow as well. It doesnt look much but i am stuffed. Hoping i will actually be able to eat my eggs later :)
