Well.....a few years ago did Cambridge with excellent results......5 stone in 4 months. Kept it off no problem for a few years then a new man....a soul destroying bereavement and on goes 2 stone in about 3 months. So back on it.....day 2 and need to get the 2 stone off and get the other 2.5 stone off I wanted to originally to be at my goal. So 4.5 in total. One small hurdle lol.....getting married in 15 weeks and need a minimum of 3 off to not only fit in to my dresses...yes I have 2 wedding dresses but also to feel happy about photos etc being taken...want reminders of my day to be happy not ' what do I look like '.
