Jaycey
Post-Menopausal Maniac!
I use these bacon-flavoured soya chips in soups and now in meals (on 810). I often get pulled up for mentioning them so I thought I would a post up a thread about them to see what people think.
Here are the stats:
Per serving (7g)
30 calories
Protein:- 2.6g
Carb:- 1.8g
Fat:- 1.4g
Now 7g is a LOT (I measured it to check) and there is no way that I would put that much into any one serving - there's just no need, as the smokey bacon flavour seems to spread itself out through the food or liquid really efficiently (especially if blended).
I wondered if anyone else used them, and also what CDCs have to say about them?
