Banana Bread - how many syns

i had some banana that were over ripe so i have baked a banana bread using this recipe BBC - Food - Recipes : Banana bread

Anyone know how to syn value the whole loaf?

The best way would be to syn the ingredients individually and then work it out that way, as there wouldn't be any free food other than the eggs, for cake HTH
