Week 1 WI (23/2).....
after week 2 i think, i'm only just starting week 2 but i had one for last nights meal in tiny pieces as I was out a family doo..
didn't do any harm..
Lycra here I come.
Im now at the end of my third week on SS. I have been having the bars for the past two weeks, eating one every day and it hasnt affected my weight loss at all....
I think it depends on your CDC.
