Hello, Just joined the site as I've always thought it loooked really helpful and friendly. I've just rejoined SW after a pretty disaterous attempt at WW. Maybe it's just horses for courses and I know a few WW devotees who swear by it, but it didn't suit me. Anyway, big question is does anyone know the syn value for bavaria 0% beer. It's completely non- alcoholic (so unlike reduced-alcohol beers it's not beer that is brewed normally and then de-alcoholised). It's a lifesaver with a dash of NAS lemonade!! only info I can find is that its 24 cals per 100 mls and you need to work on 20 cals being 1syn so a 330ml can around 4 syns?
 
thanks so much to both xxtannyxx and debjk. Wow! this forum thing is brilliant! i don't feel so alone now!! Guess I'll go with the 1.5 version!!! We'll see on Tuesday at weigh in!
