BBQ Beef Mug Shot

My Tesco has finally caught up and stocked some of the new (lol) flavours of Mug Shot.

I've tried a search but can't find anyone asking about the syns so, does anyone know the syns in the BBQ Beef please?

They're one of the 1% Fat ones - so I was hoping to use the old rule of 1% = Free but just in case . . . . .

Cals = 82
Fat = 0.2g
Carb = 16.8g
Fibre = 0.9g
Protein = 2.7g

Not all 1% mugshots are free (tomato is 1 syn) but the BBQ beef one is

Tomato & Herb pasta is free, plain tomato isn't. There is a list of them in a sticky on here if you need to check

Yes, it's the tomato & herb I usually have - I've always kept a mini stock in the kitchen cupboard at work because they're free.
