Hi, I have got just got back into SW today and have to wait until next Tuesday to rejoin my class (I fainted last night after donating blood , so missed my class ). Can't access syns online and would like to know the values on extra easy of the following which I have in my freezer.

Birds eye Succulent King Prawns with a sweet chilli sauce

&

Birds eye Chunky Wild Pink Salmon Fillets with a lemon and herb butter sauce.


If anyone could help me out I would be most grateful.

Birds Eye simply salmon in a lemon & herb butter, twin pack frozen, 140g each - Free on red or EE
The prawns are 8.5 for 140g pack on red or EE

Had to double check that then on syns online as I didn't think the salmon would be free in that sauce, I'll definitley be buying some now I know that, they sound lovlely!
