Hi, They're not in my book so if you post all of the nutritional info someone who subscribes to the sw website should be able to calculate them for you. Failing that just work on the 20 cals per syn rule.

I have a packet in my freezer so just worked out the syns, and I make them 4.5 syns for 3 of them, so 1.5 syns each.

Really do need to try and fit them into a meal at some point.
