Am after a little help please... I'd like to know how many syns are in Black Pudding.

Hold on that cant be right surely?? Isnt it 6 syns for oil yet this has nothing added on?!?! xx

Pesty - I think I read somewhere on here that if you fry something in a spoon of oil it only counts as 1/2 syn as not all of it gets soaked up? I think that was for a fried egg though...

Thats great as I am just having some but i bake mine i dont fry

I think it also depends on the source of the Black Pudding, the ones from a butcher have less fat in them than the ones prepacked in supermarkets, (AFAIK)

Would be good to know though as they taste dynamite in the george Foreman!
