bns chips

All i do with mine is peel and seed the bns and cut into chip shapes, then i place on a baking tray that i've sprayed frylight on, spray the bns chips with frylight and then i sprinkle some garlic and chilli flakes on. bung in a hot oven for about 30-35 mins.

Would like to back up the 'spray the tray/foil first' even with non stick foil the chips will stick (they're quite sweet and when you're cooking them to be crispy they stick and break when you try to remove them)! Enjoy!

Bns is my saviour. I have it with almost every meal. I just peel and deseed it then cut it into chunks and roast it with fry light and ground black pepper. I often add chunks of courgette too. That way I have less potatoes as the bns fills me up. All for 0 points too...result!
