What is best way to cook butternut squash.
Someone told me to cube and spray with frylight.
Anyone know if you par boil first?
They dont have points cooked like that do they?

I make butternut squash wedges! You just cut them into wedge shapes I always put them in the microwave first to soften them a little and i leave the skin on it adds to the flavour I place them on a tray sprinkle with paprika and spray with fry light and cook until crispy they are delicious you wouldn't believe they are 0pp xox
