Bread question

I looked at the nutritional value of a supermarket wholemeal bread and the WW bread, and the WW bread is higher in calories per 100g! So I will stick to very small amounts of supermarket's own wholemeal!
 
Yes I use one slice of small wholemeal (any brand) for F&H and don't count points for it. Only once I had 2 slices for a sandwich lunch, otherwise I just try to stick to one.

Same with crumpets, only one per meal when I have them for breakfast, and only eat them rarely because a crumpet is double the calories of a slice of bread, and has no fibre, unlike WM bread.
