    Fruit and yoghurt.
    On a EE go for grilled bacon, poached eggs, baked beans, tinned tomatoes and mushrooms.

    WW Online
    Virtually fat free natural fromage frais/yoghurt with fruit. You can add a little granulated sweetener to it.

    Omelette with peppers, onions, cottage cheese - whatever you fancy.

    SW quiche - 3 eggs and 150g fat free cottage cheese mixed together and anything you want added to it e.g. vegetables. Pour mixture into flan/quiche dish, then put in oven Gas Mark 5 for about 30mins, turn oven off and leave quiche to cool in oven. Can eat hot or cold.

    Mullerlight yoghurt and fruit.
